Clean drinking water is becoming a scarce commodity in many areas of the world. Natural disasters and man-made catastrophes have exposed more natural drinking water resources around the world to bacteriological and chemical contamination; thus water purification has emerged as the subject of intense scientific and commercial interest.

PureSafe's mobile units are especially designed for rapid deployment in disaster areas across the United States and worldwide.
PureSafe™ systems provide superior quality desalination and water purification alongside versatile water bottling competencies. The systems are installed in a lightweight trailer with uplifting capability by helicopter for instant deployment in any disaster zone in order to provide the affected population with purified bottled drinking water on site and for the duration of the identified need.

• Leslie Kessler, CEO and Board Member
Ms. Kessler was appointed CEO of PureSafe ™ water systems inc. in January 2007. In 1994, Ms. Kessler founded LJK Capital, a consulting firm assisting companies with financing growth and development processes, where she has been serving as President to date. In 1996, Ms. Kessler co-founded CPC of America, Inc., and served on the company's board of directors until 1998. In prior years, Ms. Kessler held senior management position in several prominent companies, including Fahnestock & Co., a NYE member brokerage firm, and Aegis Capital. Ms. Kessler holds a BA in Psychology and a MA in Elementary Education from Hofstra University in Long Island.

• Terry R. Lazar, CFO and Board Member
Mr. Lazar in the founder of Lazar Sanders Thaler & Associates LLP, a public accounting and consulting firm. In 1987, Mr. Lazar founded The Ambulatory Surgery Center of Brooklyn New York, one of the largest free standing privately held ambulatory surgery centers in the state of New York, where he currently serves as CEO. Mr. Lazar holds a BBA from the City University of New York and became a CPA in New York State in 1968. Mr. Lazar was founder and served on the Board of the International Association of Financial Planners.

• Malcolm Hoenlein, Board Member
Mr Hoenlein is the Executive Vice Chairman/CEO of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations; the coordinating body on national and international Jewish concerns for 52 national Jewish organizations. He was on the editorial board of ORBIS, the Journal of International affairs and a Middle East specialist at the Foreign Policy Research Institute.  Mr. Hoenlein serves as an advisor to many public officials and is frequently consulted on public policy issues.   He serves on the boards of various companies including Bank Leumi USA, Keryz Pharmaceuticals, ODF, and Manhattan Pharmaceuticals.Mr. Hoenlein holds a B.A. in Political Science from Temple University and a Masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania’s Department of International Relations, where he completed his doctoral course work.

• Shaul  Kochan, Director International Market Development.                  
Mr.Kochan will be responsible for developing strategic alliances and introducing PureSafe Water Systems to foreign markets.                                                                                                       
Mr. Kochan has been a partner in an Israel-based international law firm, Jehuda, Raveh & Co.
Mr. Kochan holds:
•    LLB degree, Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Law Faculty
•    Master degree in Philosophy, University of Haifa
•    Writes his doctoral thesis for PhD in International Relations.

• Alphonse Wolter, Director of Production.
Mr. Wolter brings three decades of experience in high tech manufacturing systems for the US Military and other related entities. He oversees and manages all aspects of production and quality control. Mr. Wolter is the President of Designs and Project Development Corporation.

• Henry R. (Bob) Hidell, Consultant for Strategic Business Strategies.
Mr. Hidell is Founder and Chairman of Hidell Eyster International, Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in providing the largest companies in the bottled water industry in strategic business planning. Mr. Hidell holds and undergraduate degree in Geology/Hydrogeology from West Chester University and a Graduate Degree in land use Planning and International Economic Development from Southern Illinois University.

• Peter Hayden, Special Advisor to the Board of Directors.
Chief Hayden was the Division Commander of the 1st Division of the New York City Fire Department (FDNY) at the time of the World Trade Center attacks. As the Incident Commander, he lead the rescue and recovery operations at Ground Zero, formulating strategy and daily operational plans, while supervising and directing approximately 1,500 firefighters and emergency service personnel. In November 2001, Chief Hayden was designated Assistant Chief of Operations for the FDNY. On June 27, 2004 he was promoted to the 32nd Chief of Department. He served in this position, as the highest ranking uniform member of the FDNY, until his retirement in June 2006. He currently lectures across the country to First Responder Organizations on subjects relating to Homeland Security and Preparedness.

• HON. MICHAEL A.L. BALBONI – Special Advisor to the Board of Directors.
Mr. Balboni is a recognized expert in security, counterterrorism and emergency management. He has had a distinguished career in New York state government, having served in both houses of the State Legislature and as a cabinet officer for two governors.

As New York State Senate, he chaired the Committee on Veterans, Homeland Security and Military Affairs. In that role, he authored and passed one of the first laws at the state level designed to secure water facilities against acts of terrorism. As the New York State deputy secretary of Public Safety, he had day-to-day responsibility for managing homeland security affairs, emergency preparedness and response, law enforcement, oversaw 63,000 employees and a budget of $5 billion.

In addition, Mr. Balboni served on the Federal Homeland Security Advisory Committee, which provided direct consultation with Secretary Chertoff, as well as being appointed by President elect Obama as an outside advisor to the Homeland Security transition team, the Homeland Security Quadrennial review Commission, and the Homeland Security Advisory Council.

Mr. Balboni will assist PureSafe in developing funding and business opportunities on a local, state, federal and international level.
