Leslie Kessler
Leslie Kessler is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2007. Ms. Kessler is also president of LJK Capital, which she founded in 1994. LJK Capital provides financial consulting services to companies requiring financing and business development assistance. In 1996 Ms. Kessler co-founded CPC of America Inc. and served on its Board of Directors.
Terry Lazar
Terry Lazar is the Chief Financial Officer and board member since 2007. Mr. Lazar is a Certified Public Accountant and the founder of Lazar Broder, LLP a Certified Public Accounting and Consulting firm since 1968. In 1987 Mr. Lazar co-founded and built the Ambulatory Surgery Center Brooklyn LLC, one of the largest privately held surgery centers in New York State. Mr. Lazar currently serves as owner/operator and CEO of this company.
Gerard R. Stoehr
Gerard Stoehr is Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Stoehr is a graduate of the Stern School of Business of New York University. Mr. Stoehr has served in senior management positions in operational, sales and marketing positions. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, marketing, new product development, engineering, manufacturing operations and quality control. He has a proven track record of delivering strong financial results and business growth in technology and service-related industries.
Gregg A. Bowser
Gregg Bowser is the Director of Engineering. Mr. Bowser has over thirty years experience in designing, building and commissioning fluid handling systems. His specialty is in water treatment, wastewater treatment and life support filtration systems. He is widely known for the design and development of ozone gas injection systems and is a process instrumentation specialist and an expert in the field of control parameters and sensor calibration. He has worked on large scale fixed facilities and mobile systems in a variety of industries.
Alphonse Wolter
Mr. Alphonse Wolter is the General Manager of PureSafe Manufacturing and Research Corporation. He brings to the company a long history of manufacturing experience and prototype development. He has worked extensively during his career in the aircraft design and testing industry, building prototypes of various aircraft components including fighter aircraft ejection seats and prototypes of aircraft cockpits and fuselages.
Shaul Kochan
Mr. Shaul Kochan, Esq. is Vice President of International Market Development. Mr. Kochan is based in Israel and evaluates and oversees international development for the Company. He is also responsible for developing strategic alliances in the international arena.
Chief Peter Hayden
Chief Peter Hayden is Vice President and Senior Government Liaison Officer for the Company. Chief Hayden has extensive experience in public sector first responder activities. He was the Chief of the New York City Fire Department and Commander in Charge during 9/11. Subsequent to his retirement from the fire department Mr. Hayden has participated in many first responder conferences and presentations regarding emergency management.
Malcolm Hoenlein
Malcolm Hoenlein is an Independent Board Member. Mr. Hoenlein is the Executive Vice Chairman/CEO of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Jewish Organizations. He serves as an advisor to many public officials and is frequently consulted on public policy issues.
Michael Balboni
Michael Balboni serves as an advisor to the Board of Directors. Mr. Balboni is a member of Navigators Global, a Washington D.C consulting firm. He previously served as Deputy Secretary of New York State Department of Public Safety and was a New York State Senator.
